happens if my boots do not fit?
UPZ Boots have been sold to racers & freecarvers all
over North America with successful results.
The fit is guaranteed! – So you will never get “stuck” with boots you can’t use! You can return them for full refund (cost of
boots), as long as they are in new and unused condition.

How
do I get the right size boots?
Follow these simple instructions:
3 items of information are needed to ensure proper fit
- Your regular shoe size.
- Your normal ski boot or snowboard
hard boot size.
- Most importantly - The exact
length of your foot – Trace the outline of your foot and measure from
toe to heel. Email that measurement.

is the warranty?

Boots come with one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty from
date of purchase.

How
do I pay & how are prices set?
All orders from most countries can be paid by credit card
online via Pay Pal. This is a fast, easy and secure method
of payment.
CDN orders can also
use email bank deposit with www.certapay.com.
Product prices are set in CDN dollars. To keep prices fair for our USA
riders the US dollar price will reflect the current exchange rate as
close as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over international
exchange rates.

Who
handles shipping?
USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS,or Canada
Post.
CDN orders are shipped Canada
Post, Greyhound, or Purolator. Tracking #'s

Who is UPZ Boots?
UPZ Boots is an Austrian snowboard boot manufacturer.
They are a small family run operation with a reputation for putting
dedicated racing technology into their snowboard gear!
They don’t have lots of money to throw at big marketing campaigns
but they do have World Cup racers that win on their boots. UPZ Boots - North America is run by me, Dan Yoja.
I am the importer, distributor, and wholesaler all in one!
There is no middleman so prices can be kept low. I am a dedicated hardplater who
rides the product I sell and I know the product because I like to ride!
I am a Certified Snowboard Instructor and Alpine Snowboard Race
Coach who promotes the “Sport of Hardplating”. If you are tired of looking in vain for great
gear at an affordable price then you’ve come to the right place!
